From Benissa to the studio
From Benissa it's a straight drive south on the N-332 to Calpe, about 15 minutes. If you live in Benissa Costa, around La Fustera or Fanadix, the coast road gets you to Calpe in about 20 minutes. Several of our members already make the trip.
In Calpe, head for Plaza Central on Avenida Diputación. Park in the garage underneath it, where the first 60 minutes are free. The studio is on the first floor.
Close enough for a habit
At 15 minutes away, Pilates can be part of your week rather than an outing. Most weekdays have classes both in the morning and later in the day. There are weekend classes too, so you can come before work, after the school run or on your way home. Plaza Central is a shopping centre in the middle of Calpe, which makes a class easy to combine with errands in town.
Arrive about 10 minutes early to park, change and get your Reformer ready. New to it? Any Reformer Pilates class will do, because your instructor adapts every exercise to you. This is what your first class looks like.
