€220 every 4 weeks. A reformer waiting for you every day of the week, at any of our studios. Unlimited is for the women who want Pilates to be part of daily life rather than one appointment in the week.
Every booking you make holds a real spot in a real class, so there are a few small rules that keep the schedule fair for everyone. Here they are, in plain words. The binding version lives in our General Terms and Conditions.
What you get
Any class on the schedule, any day of the week, at any of our studios. No weekly limit, no Blooms to count, no sums to do before you book.
Still have Blooms from a class pack? They go on hold the day you start Unlimited. They stop counting down and wait for you with the time they had left.
One class a day
One class per calendar day. That is plenty: your body does most of its work between classes, not during them. Once you are booked in, the app will not let you add a second class that day. Cancel the first one and the day opens up again.
Booking closes 30 minutes before class starts. If a class is full, put yourself on the waitlist like everyone else. We let you know the moment a spot opens up.
Changing your mind
Life happens. Cancel in the app at least 24 hours before class and that is that. Nothing lost, nothing charged. Under 24 hours the €10 fee below applies.
When you know you cannot make it, cancel as early as you can. Someone on the waitlist is hoping for exactly that.
The €10 fee
Cancel with less than 24 hours to go, or book a class and not turn up: we charge €10 (IVA included) to the card on your account. It is not there to punish anyone. An empty reformer in a full class is a spot another woman wanted. How it works:
- A late cancellation is recorded the moment you cancel.
- For a no-show we wait 12 hours before charging, so a check-in your instructor forgot to tick can still be put right.
- The card on your account is charged automatically. The receipt arrives by email and lives under Transactions in the app.
- Were you there after all? Reply to that email or tell us at the studio. We fix the check-in and give the €10 back.
You see the fee when you subscribe and again every time you book. It should never come as a surprise.
Minimum term
Unlimited renews every 4 weeks until you cancel, with a minimum term of 4 months, the same as every other Bloomhouse subscription. Four months is roughly how long it takes for Pilates to stop being something you are trying and start being something you do.
Cancel or move down to 1x or 2x whenever you like. The change takes effect once the term is complete; after that, at the end of your current 4 weeks. Moving up to Unlimited from another plan starts a fresh term.
Pausing
Going away? Pause for up to 4 weeks a year, in whole weeks. Nothing gets booked on those days, your next bill moves back by the same number of days and your minimum term moves with it.
You set this up in Manage subscription. Cancel any bookings on those dates first.
Fair use
Unlimited is yours. It cannot be shared, lent or split with a friend.
And please arrive on time. Once a class has started you cannot join it, for your own safety, so it counts as a no-show. Our house rules apply as always.
The fine print
This page explains things simply. The conditions that bind us both are in Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions, which you accept when you subscribe. We update these rules now and then; the latest version is the one that applies.
