Unlimited plan
Any class, any day. Here is how it works.
With Unlimited there is a reformer waiting for you every day of the week, at any of our studios, for €220 every 4 weeks. It is the plan for women who want Pilates to be part of daily life rather than a weekly appointment.
Because an Unlimited booking takes up a spot in every class you reserve, it comes with a few simple rules that keep the schedule fair for everyone. This page explains them in plain words; the binding version lives in our General Terms and Conditions.
We may update these rules now and then. The latest version always applies.
What you get
Book any class on the schedule, every day of the week. No weekly limit, no Blooms to count.
Still have Blooms from a class pack? They are frozen while you are on Unlimited, so they do not expire. If you ever leave the plan they are waiting for you with the time they had left.
One class a day
One class per calendar day. Once you are booked in, the app will not let you add another class that day. Cancel it and the day opens up again.
You can hold up to 25 upcoming bookings at a time. Booking closes 30 minutes before class. Full class? Join the waitlist like everyone else.
Changing your mind
Plans change. Cancel in the app at least 24 hours before class and that is that. On Unlimited your Bloom always comes back, whenever you cancel. Under 24 hours the fee below applies.
Cancel as early as you can, so someone on the waitlist gets your spot.
The €10 fee
Cancel with less than 24 hours to go or skip a class without cancelling: we charge €10 (IVA included) to the card on your account. This is how it works:
- Late cancellation: the fee is recorded the moment you cancel.
- No-show: your instructor marks attendance. We wait 12 hours before charging, so a forgotten check-in can still be fixed.
- The card on your account is charged automatically. You get an email with the receipt, also visible under Transactions in the app.
- If your bank wants you to confirm the payment, we email you a secure link instead. It stays valid for 7 days.
- Were you there after all? Reply to the email or tell us at the studio. We fix the check-in and refund the fee.
You see this fee when you subscribe, every time you book and in the email if it is ever charged. No surprises.
Minimum term
Like every Bloomhouse subscription, Unlimited renews every 4 weeks until you cancel, with a minimum term of 4 × 4 weeks.
Cancel or move down to 1x or 2x whenever you like: it takes effect once the term is complete. After the term, at the end of your current period. Moving up to Unlimited from another plan starts a new term. You can change your mind right up to the end date.
Pausing
Going away? Pause for up to 4 weeks a year, in whole weeks, at least 1 week at a time. No classes on the paused days; your next bill moves back by the same number of days. Your minimum term moves with it.
Schedule a pause in Manage subscription, up to 90 days ahead. Clear any bookings on those dates first.
Fair use
Unlimited is personal. It cannot be shared. Please arrive on time: once class has started you cannot join. That counts as a no-show. House rules apply as always.
